Where conflict exists, the Team Charter anchors the members of the team, reminding them of how they agreed their team would operate. The establishment of behavioural standards provides line leaders with an easy entry point for discussions, when behaviours veer and act as an initiator for teams to self-manage.
Team Charters can stand alone or align to your organisational values. They can be developed in conjunction with teams participating in the Respectful Workplace program or as part of a Team Collaboration Workshop.
