The Building Respect and Collaboration Leaders Toolkit provides Leaders with a series of learning tools which allows them to embed the principles of a Respectful Workplace into their team environments following the organisations EEO or Respectful Workplace Training sessions.
The aim of the “Toolkit for Leaders” is to provide Leaders with a series of learning tools which allows them to lead conversations and activities within their teams that embeds the principles of a Respectful Workplace and keeps the learning alive. The activities can roll out over a 12-24 month period essentially becoming part of a monthly meeting as standing agenda item.
